How We Work We design, manufacture, and assemble exhibition stands of any complexity. Our production is optimized for custom orders of trade fair equipment in any quantity. We offer our clients the following collaboration process:
Preparation of a technical specification outlining the exhibition theme, design requirements, and stand features.

Development of several visual design options for the exhibition stand.
Creation of a working project with necessary drawings and technical documentation.

How the Briefing is

The success of the construction process is determined during the briefing, where key decision-makers and specialists from the client’s side participate. Baku Expo involves designers, project managers, and engineering technologists in this process.
The briefing begins with clarifying the client’s requirements for the exhibition stand or pavilion design, followed by discussions on planning. The necessary construction and finishing materials, exhibition equipment, and a list of products to be displayed are also reviewed.
Our designers, project managers, and technologists conduct face-to-face interviews with client representatives. Clients are provided with preliminary survey forms to fill out. Based on the briefing results, a technical specification document is created for the exhibition stand’s development.
